What is Drive-in Racking?
Drive-in racking is a type of storage system designed to maximize space utilization in warehouses, especially commonly used for the storage of high-volume low SKU items. It consists of upright frames with horizontal rails that create channels deep enough for a forklift to enter. Pallets are then loaded onto the rails, one behind the other, creating a high-density storage solution.
High storage capacity: By eliminating the need for wide aisles between racks, drive-in systems can significantly increase storage capacity compared to traditional pallet racking.
Space optimization: It can utilize over 80% of the available space in a warehouse.
Suitable for specific goods: Works best for storing large quantities of similar or identical items (homogeneous goods) with low stock rotation. Ideal for seasonal goods or cold storage applications.
Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) principle: Pallets are loaded and unloaded from the same side of the rack, following a LIFO principle where the last pallet loaded is the first one retrieved.

1. What is MOQ limitation for rack system?
No special requiremnets. But if purchasing large quantites, good price will be offered, 20 ft container is highly recommended, so that production can be better handled.
2. What is the lead time?
As per 20 ft container loading, manufacture time is about 10-15 days; Regarding some customized items 20-25 days will be covered.
3. What is payments methods you can accept?
T/T and L/C at sight.
4. How about your sample delivery?
Short section of uprights and beams can be provided free of charge. But the freight will be paid upon your duty.
